'EchoIngvale' was born from a dream to deliver traditional Neapolitan pizzas to Via Roma 12. Originally a quaint family business established by the Bianchi lineage in 1985, our small pizza shop began with recipes passed down for generations.
'Marco Bianchi', the visionary behind our brand, mastered pizza crafting on her journey across Italy, particularly from experts in Naples, the birthplace of pizza. Returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate the experience of authentic Italian pizza, focusing on classic techniques and pristine ingredients.
Our start was modest with just a dozen seats, but we've evolved into a celebrated neighborhood favorite, keeping our dedication to quality and originality steady. We continue using our age-old wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and choose the best ingredients available.
Today, 'EchoIngvale' is still governed by the Bianchi family, now with the next generation at the helm. We've modernized some aspects, but our dedication to timeless pizza-making that unites people remains our core.
