Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Delivery

Returns and Refunds After Delivery
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not to your satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require proof of purchase and any evidence of the issue at hand.
- If you receive a wrong item, we will arrange for the correct item to be delivered at no extra cost, or offer a full refund upon the return of the incorrect item.
- For any items that are incomplete or damaged, we will offer to send a replacement or provide a partial refund depending on the severity of the issue.
Non-returnable Items
Please be aware that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food items that have been opened or partially consumed. Refunds or exchanges of this nature will be at the discretion of EchoIngvale management.
Exchanges

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
